  • What are your rates?

    Rates vary per room. Please call our administrative office to ask about pricing. 

  • What types of rooms do you offer?

    Hildebrand Care Center offers the following room options: 


    • Semi-private
    • Small private
    • Large private
    • Extra-large private rooms
  • Can we bring personable belongings?

    Yes! We want you to feel as welcome and at home as possible. Therefore, we encourage you to bring your personal belongings with you to make your room as comfortable as possible.

  • How often does your doctor visit?

    Hildebrand Care Center’s medical director is here once a week and the nurse practitioner is here twice a week. There is also a wound care doctor who visits once per week.

  • Am I allowed to leave the facility and for how long?

    If you are a Medicare A resident of Hildebrand Care Center, you can be out of the facility as your therapy schedule allows. Medicaid residents have a total of 18 nights that can be spent outside of the nursing home per year. If you are a private resident, your outings are unlimited. All outings are subject to your physician’s approval. Nursing staff must be notified. 

  • What are your visitation hours?

    Visitation hours are any time, but please note that the facility doors lock at 8:00 pm. If you would like to make an after-hours visitation, please call (719) 275-8656 extension 212.
